Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the vendor agreement, event date, deposit terms, and any third-party partner policy. EventOS helps coordinate disputes and payment records, but final vendor cancellation terms are shown before booking.
Payment timing
Hosts may pay in full, pay a deposit, or use a financing partner when available. Financing is subject to approval by the financing partner and is separate from EventOS service fees.
Delivery of services
EventOS is a marketplace and planning tool. Vendors provide the booked event services at the event time, date, and location listed in the accepted estimate or booking brief.
Privacy
Host contact details, private addresses, and event information are shared with vendors only when required for quote, booking, or event coordination. Vendor leads use privacy-safe context before direct contact.
